Strengths: Very strong performance. Clear and bright display. Loads of features.
Weakness: Too small a stylus.
Sony has definitely proved themselves in PDA market. Its one of the best PDAs I have seen. For the price, even, this is excellent. IT can play MP3s with the added audio kit. Dataviz provides word and excel functionality. Picture viewing seems easy with Sony's provided software and I did not find any bugs in it. But the only problem is its stylus. I have already lost two and had to buy its stylus...
Strengths: Lightweight, fits nicely in your pocket, hi-res screen, vibrant colors
Weakness: Very small stylus, lack of accessories
The Sony Clie PEG-T615C is as amazing as it is inovative. For those who seek the ultimate palm experience, this machine is for you. Packed with 16 megs of ram and Sony's memory stick storage capability, this unit can handle even the toughest road warriors demands. Standard features include documents to go, and a nicely done sound upgrade. If you are afraid to purchase a pocket PC because of its...
Strengths: Thin, easy to carry, bright display, quick response, very practical hinge cover
Weakness: Small stylus which is easy to lose, scroll button in center is to small and action is not quite reliable
This unit is great fun after stuggling with the Visor prism for a year. This one fits in my jeans pocket and has a great display. I particularly enjoy storing and showing photos on the optional 16 meg memory stick. The clie is an impressive piece to display at a meeting. It reeks state-of the-art. This is a perfect device for the person who has drawn the line at just how much techology they're...
iam happy with my sony peg-t615,the. product was at great price.the delivery date was on time as promise. its very easy to use to synchronize with the decktop and mail wow.i would order again.
Strengths: At $200, it's the best buy out there. Thin, Light, Great screen and colors
Weakness: stylus is too thin, cradle/charger is big, clumsy and has too many connections. Palm cradle is better
I have been using the original Palm III for the past 6 years for contacts and appointments. I purchased a refurbed Sony Peg T615 for my wife a few months back and this unit is awesome for basic PDA use. Nothing fancy like MP3 Player or video. Just a nice clean looking unit that is light, thin, attractive and has one of the best color displays of any PDA I have seen. At $200, the T615 is the best...
Strengths: Great display, easy to use, looks great!
Weakness: small stylus, uselesss scroll wheel
Don't listen to the last guy about this not having a headphones jack, its because THIS MODEL ISN'T SUPPOSED TO PLAY MP3's YOU RETARD! that's the T665, not the T615. If you want to play MP3's, make sure you buy the correct model. Hell it doesn't even say anything in the description about MP3 playback. This PDA is awesome, the weaknesses are easily overcome too. I just bought a "Dr. Grip" 3 in one...
Weakness: THIS UNIT HAS MP3 AUDIO PLAYBACK----BUT NO HEADPHONE JACK!!! MISLEADING. THIS IS ALSO LOADED WITH SONY'S BUGGY PICTUREGEAR SOFTWARE.
BOUGHT THIS FROM LIQUIDATIONZONE.COM--AND THEY DO NOT TAKE OPENED RETURNS. NOW I'M OUT 200 BUCKS. WHY A MANUFACTURER WOULD ADVERTISE SOMETHING AS MP3 COMPATIBLE BUT NOT INCLUDE A JACK----I HAVE NO IDEA. I'M PERPLEXED.
Strengths: Great screen display, thin can easily be carried around. Great value for money.
Weakness: I keep losing the stylus.
I really can't seem to find a problem with it. Does what it is designed to do. I particularly like the image viewer feature where I can show a slide show off the memory stick.
Strengths: The best Palm device for the money.
Weakness: Small stylus.
I'm afraid our friend 'keithrodgerson' has been ripped off! Who told you that the 615c is an MP3 player??? Dude, do some research before you spend this much money, then give a crappy review just because you didn't do your homework. I think that sucks. Read next time buddy. READ! p.s. This thing rocks! p.p.s. DON'T BUY THIS CLIE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING TO LISTEN TO MUSIC ON IT!!!!!
Great Clie
Strengths: Memory Stick slot, can be used as a tv remote, awesome hi-res screen, jog dial
Weakness: up-down are too small.
Good PDA. Actually I traded my Z22 for this stuff. I miss Garnet and Graffiti 2, but I like the screen look. and expandable memory of course and speaker. Unfortunatly, I got it with a dead pixel :-( It won't show red and blue.
