Strengths: Until the new Creative MuVo, this MP3/WMA player was a champ as far as size and advertised features (LCD display and unit size)

Weakness: What can I say, this product is NOT ready for prime-time!!! The Nike Rio software that comes with the unit is horribly buggy - frequent freezes, USB-connectivity hell. Volume is too low!

It has a plugin for Windows Media Player, which was the ONLY way I was able to upload music to it when it worked. I just can't believe this product was put on the market. I tested this product in Windows 9x, 2000, and in XP. I had exactly the same negative results in each OS. I am an advanced PC user the problems don't stem from "user error." I am in the process of trying to get my money back for the product. We'll see if they follow through. :-(
